How disappointing that you feel the need to lie about what happened. Is interesting why you left out your comments about the contractors went wrong my property twice without consent.
Another lie, that you didn’t not reply to the complaint until 48 days after the email was sent. I would be happy to forward you the emails showing the dates.
I emailed you after the tenancy to hope for a honest and reflective reply but that was not received. I feel it’s important that people know about your appalling response times, lack of customer service and as we now see, the willingness to lie to cover your mistakes.

Surprisingly very similar to other letting reviews on here. In short, once you are letting from them, it becomes very difficult to get replies from via email. I would estimate 70% of my emails were not replied to, one of those being a formal complaint and took 48 days to get a response (that was after chasing them for an answer). When calling, I usually had to deal with quite a rudely spoken member of staff who would almost make you feel bad for calling. Some examples of poor standards from them include:
* 37 days to get my deposit back after constant chasing.
* Twice, contractors let themselves into my property without notice and when I wasn't there. Mather Marshalls response (in short) was "We are sorry, but when there is a build up of jobs, it's important they get done." Clearly more important than a tenant right to privacy...
* Noise complaints via email (ignored).
* Contractor leaving a large amount of dirty when rubbing down the bathroom ceiling, then getting paint over my bedding (email ignored).
* Ceiling stripped of paint and then left... not completed.
To be clear, I paid rent on time, every time and tried to be a good tenant (all property checks were top scores). After email complaint, Paul's response was constantly "we did not receive an email about that", or "it is down to the landlord...".
From personal experience, the reviews on here are very accurate to what I experienced, regardless of their responses. It seems a constant theme of poor communication and rude customer service.
