I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Royston and Lund if you are thinking of putting your property on the market. We sold our property through them and also viewed some properties as well. Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful and patient.

Graham valued our house and then Gabrielle dealt with the sale. Both of them were wonderful to deal with.
Gabrielle secured us an enormous amount of viewings over a long weekend whilst we were on holiday and this led to a number of above asking price offers, which were explained to us in detail, which in turn, helped us to decide.

Once we had decided on a buyer, the potentially stressful part began - finding somewhere to move to. However, even though it took us another 6 months to have an offer accepted ourselves, we never once felt that we were being put under any pressure from either R&L or from our buyers. This was down to excellent communication from Gabrielle who always ensured everyone knew what was happening, in a very easy going, friendly and approachable way.

You've heard of location, location, location, well my experience with R&L was more lousy, lamentable & lacklustre. Poor comms, interrupted & inconsistent service due to staff shortages & a stream of people leaving, lack of support, lack of empathy, and a lack of proactivity when it really counted. If it wasn't for me constantly phoning in and asking questions not sure that anything would have progressed at all. Their commission drives what they do now and how they behave - they used to pride themselves on excellent customer service, at one time the best in the region. I would know I have used them in the past to sell my house on more than one occasion. The change of ownership has introduced poor leadership, a negative culture, poor continuity and an inadequate customer focus. Nowhere near good enough and not a happy experience for me at all - overwhelmingly disappointed.

Royston Lund helped me to find the right buyer pretty much in a very short time. The sale was agreed in just about 2-3 weeks after the property went on sale.
