The staff at Pearsons in Fareham, especially Claire, are absolutely brilliant. We have been through a long process to buy our new home and I could not praise these people enough. They are professional, caring and make the whole experience of buying a pleasure, even when things get difficult. Thankyou to a great team that went above and beyond for us.

Used for sale of my flat

Slow but friendly to deal with initially getting on the market and getting viewings arranged
Valued me 5k less than Fenwicks valued my neighbour for the same flat in the same estate put on the same week in a worse condition and I haggled the sale fee down to Fenwicks price too
Once sold, the progression side was out of date to actual progress and would go get updates if I asked so not much proactive progressing. Came across blasé about weeks of delays and just letting things plod along
Once exchanged I didn’t hear from them until chased on moving day if I was out for buyers. Felt very much like they were looking after the buyer when I was paying the bill

Not as good compared to the other end of my chain with Micheal Rhodes who were proactively checking, listing all bits I could do while we wait for other bits, if they couldn’t help they knew who could etc etc

Lizzi and the lettings team really looked after us, from start until finish. The process seemed long at times, but she kept in contact and made sure we were aware of what was happening. A brilliant experience considering the stress a move can normally cause.

Pearsons have been managing our property in Fareham for us since 2018 when we moved to another country. We have not had to worry about the house during this time due to the wonderful service Liz and her team provide. They have marketed the property for us twice and found suitable tenants quickly. They have also overseen the purchase and delivery of kitchen appliances, as well as finding contractors for various work projects, both large and small. They conduct regular property checks to ensure all is well. Communication with ourselves and the tenants is prompt and efficient. We couldn't be happier with their service, and thank them for their professionalism and diligence.

I'm a little late in writing this as we've only just gotten ourselves settled in BUT I needed to drop a review here to say a massive THANK YOU to Pearsons Fareham and, in particular, Anne and Jeremy. We had a few bumps along the conveyancing process (no fault of Pearsons at all) and they both helped to navigate with ease. So impressed! Thank you for all the hard work

As a NZ licensed real estate agent it always annoys me when an agent fails to follow every single lead. Im moving back to the UK and asked for further information in two separate emails about a property. The property in question seems to have been removed from online advertising. Hope they got a good deal for their vendor but here is the kisser….I have cash and would probably have paid more. What decent sales person lets a potential buyer escape? Even if the property had gone under offer, do your job!

We have just exchanged on our purchase through Pearsons and were bang in the middle of the chain. Buying was easy and hassle free with the the Fareham branch. Post sale the bottom of the chain agent and solicitor were horrendous at updating and providing information to the upper chain. But Anne in sales progression kept us up to date with what was happening with our purchase and often went above and beyond with chasing up the slow moving agent at the very bottom working with my selling agent to get updates and providing my solicitor timely information. Anne kept us sane through the whole conveyancing process and anticipated issues often solving them before they became problems.

There is a reason why Pearsons have the best reputation in the area. My recent house purchase through Pearsons was as good an experience as you could hope for. Highly recommended
