Cannot fault the service. I had many estate agents visit and Gus and his team stood high above the rest and was the only agent I felt confident with in terms of someone who could achieve getting my house prepared, listed and finding suitable tenants in the short time which I had before my move from the UK to Australia.
Since my move overseas, communication has been great & via email & I remain confident my house is in safe hands. Would highly recommend.

We have met Gus twice when he showed us around two different properties. He’s a very friendly , professional person who is very knowledgable about the properties which in our experience is unusual. Whilst the properties we looked round where not right for us we would purchase the right property through Gus knowing that he had given honest, knowledgeable information during the viewing .

Gus Critchlow from Hinckley area showed us around. He was a really friendly guy, very knowledgeable about the property, went into depth about all the details. We've had previous experience with other agents where they had no clue about any of the details and never bothered with any follow up to our questions. Gus and team's comms were great. Tour video was also very good and gave us a better idea of the space and condition of the property. Will definitely use Gus again future if possible.

Gus Critchlow at Ewemove Hinckley has been superb throughout the purchase of our new property. The chain was protracted and presented a number of challenges along the way, however Gus was extremely proactive and consistently chased up and down the chain to ensure all parties were aligned and completion was seemless.
