I just wanted to mention what a fabulous job Sophie and her team at the Cheltenham branch did when it came to selling my house. Right from the point of valuation through to bringing my house to market all the way through to completion Sophie, who I was in contact with primarily, and her team were professional, courteous and nothing, really, nothing was to much trouble. All my questions were answered with expert professionalism. I really can't mention that enough. The team recommended to me Countrywide Conveyancing, solicitors based in Cardiff, to guide me through the process. Again, what a fabulous job Countrywide Conveyancing did. Both teams took the stress out of selling my home and I will have no hesitation in recommending RA Bennett in Cheltenham if anyone I know wants to sell their home. Absolutely 5 stars. Well done. Very impressed.

Sophie and Oliver did a great job at selling my house in town. They pitched the sale at the perfect price and targeted the right prospective buyers. I had 13 offers on my house, which Sophie vetted and gave me a report on. There was no pressure put on me to go with their "known" buyers. It took approx 3 1/2 months from the agent"s initial viewing to sale completion. My only criticism of the branch would be that there needs to be someone always available to pick up the phone. Anything house related is stressful and voicemail adds to frustration. Emails were usually responded to within 24h. All in all a great service and a better experience than with previous house sales. We were away whilst the tenant was moving in and had a few issues with the tenant and need to find another one. Both Jasmine and Ellouise were brilliant, they just sorted everything for us without a problem. I couldn't recommend them higher
