I can't praise the staff highly enough! Communication is excellent - I was never once left waiting, wondering what was happening, but was kept informed and updated regularly. Many lovely conversations with Richard - not surprised this office is such a central part of the community! You don't get service like this in many places these days! Efficient, personable, patient, professional and supportive - all this brought about a sale despite the delays through no fault of anyone. Thanks so much, Richard, for all you did! We recently bought a property through Palmer Snell, Martock and dealt with Kevin & Richard throughout the journey. Despite a few delays along the way, the team were very professional, helpful & efficient, focused on clear communications with all parties ensuring we eventually managed to get our dream 1st home - thanks to you and the team for making this happen! :)

With a booked second viewing, the agent forwarded an offer to the seller which was accepted, from another buyer. My second viewing was then cancelled. I understand that offers have to be forwarded to the seller, but with other viewings , why not wait for all offers received to be forwarded to the seller after all viewings were made that day. In my opinion this is very unprofessional.
Interestingly, the offer that was accepted has now been withdrawn. Second viewing now arranged.

Richard and Kevin provided us with a brilliant professional service, always polite and courteous, achieving an excellent sale price. Palmer Snell may be a big corporate business, but where true professionals like Richard and Kevin have been employed, you will receive a great personal service. I recently sold my mothers bungalow in Martock and after meeting with three different estate agents I chose Palmer Snell to deal with, mainly because I really liked Kevin Jenkins manner and his obvious experience shined through. I could not fault Kevin, he kept in contact, the viewings went very smoothly with a text giving information of the date and time (the property was empty so Palmer Snell did the viewings) and then follow up was immediate. The whole team in the Martock office were extremely professional and helpful. I would not hesitate in recommending Palmer Snell as an estate agent to market your property.

Kevin and Richard at Palmer Snell in Martock were fantastic for our house sale and purchase, very friendly and polite. They talked us through everything step by step and always answered any phone calls and emails very quickly, nothing was too much trouble they were always happy to help.
