Amy has been amazing for my partner and I. Having nowhere to live 2 months before a new job in a different area is a very stressful experience but Amy has been on the end of the phone whenever we have had any questions or concerns. Amy is so friendly, always asks how you are and is a pleasure to talk to.

We rented from Leaders in Sevenoaks for over two years and found them helpful, friendly and responsive. They were in the office during Covid and we generally got hold of staff when required. The renting process (+ check in/check out) was fast and largely completed online, and reporting faults in the house got swift responses, although dependent on the landlord for resolution. I would recommend them for anyone moving to the Sevenoaks area.

First of all can I say that I am writing this as a complete novice as I am a first time landlord. I genuinely couldn't have gone through this process without the expert professionalism of Dominic Williamson. From our very first meeting he was calm, knowledgeable and assured and guided me through the process keeping me up to date with every detail as they developed. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I would genuinely recommend Leaders and Dominic to anyone who is thinking of entering this process. Leaders put our property on line and the first people to view it, immediately placed a deposit and moved in a few weeks later. Thank you Dominic and Leaders!

Just so your all aware, 5 stars isn’t enough but it’s all I can do unfortunately. Well Amy, what an absolute god send she is, she literally is a secret weapon I’m sure of it.
After viewing about 13/14 properties as far as swanscombe just to find somewhere to live for myself and my baby jaguar (so she thinks). I had a call from Amy early on the Friday morning about a property in Sevenoaks, by that evening I had a place secured with only a couple of weeks before becoming homeless. The way she makes you feel calm and at ease is a true gift. This is the second time I’ve dealt with Leaders and both times it’s been so easy unlike a lot of estate agents out there, there’s a reason the company is called Leaders. They are the Leaders in the estate agency world, if there isn’t a training scheme set up yet to train up and coming agents then leaders should set this up and run as the training provider. The company’s I’ve dealt with are a million miles off of how far ahead Amy and her colleagues are at Leaders. Thanks again Amy #diamond

Avoid, avoid, avoid! Be aware of the fake reviews and avoid at all costs. I rented with Leaders Sevenoaks for 2 years and they are greedy and incompetent in equal measure. We had been reporting problems at the flat for the duration of our tenure, only to then have to pay for the very same issues we’d been reporting throughout our tenure. Some were serious such as leaks in the living room and some others such as mould. Despite the health and safety concerns they did nothing to address those. Always on the side of the landlord. Their customer service is an absolute shambles, especially Kelly Collins.Avoid if you can..

My flat rental through Leaders was fantastic thanks to the wonderful service provided by Dominic. He walked me through the processes, was quick to respond and always willing to help with my many questions making the process as stress-free as it could be. Would not hesitate to recommend Leaders.
