I selected Mann Sales and Letting Agents Canterbury to sell my wife and my apartment in Canterbury after a less than successful attempt with another major estate agent. My wife and I vetted a number of agents and we decided on selecting them because of the positive and can-do attitude of the branch manager and her colleague who visited us. They listened to our previous experiences of selling our apartment and promised us that they would take the pain of selling away from us. They have succeeded in doing this and we are very pleased that we decided to choose them. As an overseas student, I was struggling to rent a house and then someone recommended the MANN Letting agency. Lauren understood my situation and she found me a lovely house of my choice. Danny took extra time to show me the property and explained everything in detail. Having decided to sell my property portfolio in Canterbury, I interviewed a number of Estate Agents and asked them to write a report giving details of how they intended to sell my properties. Out of 5 agents I appointed Mann Sales & Letting and one other agent. Within days Mann Sales had found buyers for a couple of my properties and eventually I handed the whole portfolio to them, with the exception of 1 which was sold by another agent in a very protracted time-frame.

I cannot praise this company enough and would use them time and time again. If you are buying or selling, do yourself a great favour and use Mann.

Overall we had a good experience buying a property through Mann, the people were friendly and human, however not always 100% reliable at replying to emails, perhaps as so many different people seemed to be involved. Apart from that minor point though they were helpful and much nicer to deal with than most estate agents.

Absolutely horrific company. I rented a property for a year from them and it was in a shocking state when I moved in- filthy dirty, lots of things were broken including the washing machine and the only toilet. Throughout the whole 12 month contract these things were never sorted and I was just fobbed off by everyone and nobody cared one bit about my kids and my safety and just wanted their extortionate rent each month. I had to clean, fix and redecorate everything myself and pay for it all. Disgraceful and extremely rude.

Me and the fiance were looking for a place along with a couple friends. We found one under mann's property lineup.
As we went through with our viewing Danny was an exceptionally helpful aid in details, understanding the property and letting us know what needs to be done further.
Afterwards we were in constant communication with Lauren once we were accepted as residents of the property, answering even the smallest of the questions as this was our first time with a lot of things.
All in all We are exceptionally happy with both the services and the people we got to talk and interact with.
