I have been a tenant for Redrose now for over 2 years, everything has been fab - any issues with the property have been dealt with swiftly and with great communication throughout.
Never struggle to get in contact, should i need to, and the app for reporting maintenance issues etc is brilliant (the first time i have used one in my many years of renting) definitely a great way to log issues asap.
Everyone i have come in to contact with, either during inspections or over telephone/email, have been friendly, accomodating and a pleasure to deal with.

I've been a tenant with Redrose for over 2 and a half years. They have always been absolutely fantastic to deal with. Any issues or questions are responded to very quickly and they're always happy to help. Moving in and out where both smooth, quick processes with everything explained perfectly. They're happy to spend as much time as you need with viewings or discussions- nothing is a hassle. The whole team have been great but I dealt mostly with Bethany who is always prompt for any viewings, determined to sort your problems ASAP and in general just a delight to talk to! A scenario that mirrored my own experiences when they sold my flat for me.

To quote an old Honda advert 'isn't it great, when everything just works'. We have just picked up our keys from Redrose and from start to finish, our experience has been so refreshingly great. At every stage of our journey, from the initial viewing with Sandra to the keys being handed over by Cathy, we have been pleasantly surprised. Not forgetting Karen and Beth in the office. Chris, you have an amazing 'detail orientated' team at the Buckshaw village branch, who always go over and above to meet and exceed customer expectations. We have been tenants for close on 5 years and during this time issues have arisen with white goods becoming faulty or not working, the staff at Redrose were quick to respond and all issues were dealt with to our satisfaction. We must mention in particular the friendly and helpful staff who helped in our aquiring and eventual leaving, Beth always smiling and assuring and Karen who guided us with our exit and all the others who helped during our tenancy.

Honestly the kindest and most helpful team you could think of when trying to find a place to rent. Always happy to help and made the search for a property very easy and pain free. 10/10 would recommend as a first port of call for anyone looking to rent in the area.

Absolutely lovely experience . We rent with RedRose since 2021 and never had an issue. My experiences of RedRose Sales and Lettings team has been from a Tennant perspective. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff especially Cathy and Beth. They guided me into the process very easily as a first time Tennant to be and put a detailed case forward on my behalf as to why the Landlord should pick us.
