I have just completed a House sale using AP Morgan. The whole process from first engagement, through the sales process and after sale, has been outstanding. High level of professionalism and attention to detail from everyone involved. I was kept informed throughout the pre sale and post sale process in an exemplary fashion. My particular thanks to Britt Elvins for her support post sale but a big thank you to Chris Griffiths and all the team who I interacted with across the sales process.

Exceptional service from AP Morgan throughout the whole buying process. Communication was transparent throughout and although the whole team were friendly and efficient I must give Britt a special shout out - she's a credit to the organisation and couldn't of asked for a better agent. Dan showed us around the house at our first viewing and he was so easygoing and laid back - just the approach we wanted. Britt has been absolutely brilliant throughout the sales progression side of things. She always called when she said she would, and even if there wasn’t much of an update to offer she would still touch base with us to reassure us that everything was going smoothly.

Chris and his team are brilliant the whole process of the sale was easy and value for money. They were able to exceed my expectations and I would not hesitate to use them again. Britt deserves a special mention as without her I am not sure things would have run so smoothly.
