I rented a property and halfway through the tenancy contract Moore and York took over. At the end when I did not renew the tenancy, I was told I would forfeit the deposit because I had worn out the carpets that had not been renewed for 7yrs when I had lived there for the last 3yrs of the 7yrs. I had to go through Shelter to get my deposit of over a thousand back. I have never had problems with the previous landlords as Iam always house proud and look after my home. Never again will I use Moore &York!
