(Hence we went with them rather than two other well recommended Estate Agents who we had look at the house prior to putting the house on the market.) Viewing properties with other agents made me really appreciate the quality of service Marcus provides. With other agencies it was often difficult to secure a viewing at all and routine to be shown round a property by someone unfamiliar with it, I think this makes a significant difference to the likelihood of getting good, serious offers on the property.

He provided comps, marketing graphs etc. to give us an idea of what was out there. He guided us on pricing the house at the right price and ensured professional quality photos were taken. He guided us through the whole journey since we were unfamiliar with UK laws, processes etc. & responded to questions in a timely manner. He went above and beyond with issues we were experiencing with lawyers on both sides and kept us informed. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Marcus was everything you could want as a first time buyer, he talked us through everything and was there to answer our questions at any time as well as being very on it with helping us chase our solicitors when they didn’t play ball. When he showed us our house he really made it feel like a home which was very refreshing as we had seen a lot of houses with other agents at that point who definitely didn’t have that personable touch.
