This estate agents unprofessional company. We made appointment viewing properties, appointments time and change three times. We like to properties we ready pay deposit. He say call you today later on, no body call me. Next day I am call again, I say I want pay deposit she say can you come office tomorrow, I say ok. Next day she say properties already take deposit. Wasting my time. Unprofessional

I cannot thank Jodie enough. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Jodie really cares about her tenants and landlords. She is fair and honest when dealing with you. Jodie has gone above and beyond to help my mum find a new flat (which hasn't been easy for a number of reasons) and we genuinely appreciate her kindness and effort. I've had to contact many estate agents and I honestly wouldn't want to deal with anyone else. Landlords - please use this branch to sell or rent your homes because tenants need more agents like Jodie. Thank you once again!

Totally disappointed with the customer service at this branch. Everything was running smoothly and professionally whilst Jodie looked after us with a property to rent for my dad. She went on annual leave and then the nightmare begun. The day we were meant to sign contracts and get the keys to the flat, 5 mins before arriving at the branch they called to tell us they had issues. On arrival at the branch we were told we couldn’t sign the contracts as they were still not ready. Someone had made a mistake and hence they were now 5 days late. We were also informed there were issues with the checks which was news to us. Joanna the admin staff was clueless. Checks and everything had been cleared and any issues were all clarified and approved. Joanna didn’t even make eye contact as my dad was trying to speak with her. I’ve never come across someone so rude in their manner. They literally said my father couldn’t move in that day and further checks would need to be made. Next day we were told landlord didn’t want to rent the property.
I will never be using them again and advise anyone that doesn’t want to be disappointed on the move in date to avoid them. They don’t even communicate amongst themselves to find out what’s going on before letting down customers!!

Poor service from this Branch, went to view flat for a cash purchase and emailed an offer, no response from them, even tried to call and it always goes to voicemail.

Even when I went to view the flat the agent didn’t know anything about the flat, no double glazing but according to him it’s has, didn’t know if the flat had an up to date EICR, knew nothing about the central heating and water system. What is the point of him showing us the flat if he knew nothing about it and can’t answer basic questions.

Great service, reliable and very professional. Thanks to Sarshar Darzi, letting our flat was a simple and quick job and we were well informed as he updated us on every step!

Great experience with this agency! Moving to London from another part of the country can be stressful, but thanks to our agent Shahnaz Laloui everything went smoothly and we got the flat straight away. Shahnaz was very friendly with a great attitude and genuinely happy for us when everything worked out. I can recommend this place if you want your moving experience to be less hectic. Thanks :)

i got sarshar as my agent and he was very helpful, nice and made the whole process much less stressful, finding a house in london atm is very hard and i’m lucky he helped my friends and i !!
