Having had to find a house in a hurry after a disastrous move in Jan, we found Your Move. Let’s just way worlds apart from the previous letting agency. The team is hands on, proactive and literally go out of their way to make sure your moving experience is a good one.

Fatih our agent has checked in on us several times to ensure we are still happy with the property. Sasha has ensured our billing is correct and sorted. We’ve been given a dedicated line should anything go wrong on the maintenance front. The team has just been phenomenal.

I cannot recommend them highly enough when it comes to personal care. As tenants we want the house to feel like home and the YOUR MOVE team have certainly helped in making our new property feel like just that…. A home!!

Found the agent deceiving and cunning. Placed a offer for a property and the agent tried to force their in-house mortgage Brooker when I refused they said my offer is acceptable and asked me to do the survey without any formal confirmation of any kind this made no sense to me. Normal process is the seller accepts the offer and then solicitors gets involved....am I wrong? They tried to play buyers against each other to pump the price up that's the feeling I got..... beware of this branch. After several messages manger did not get back but finally pinned him down he also took me for a fool..... please be careful do not use this agent.

At the completion stage and overall, I am happy with the service that Eugene and Team provided at Your Move in Romford. Communication was really good from viewing the property to purchasing and going through the usual conveyance process. I did use their in-house mortgage broker, in reality I could have used any broker, but I think the service and advice received was excellent from the broker. - getting a quick decision from the lender. I think there is benefit and synergy having them both under one-roof, particularly, when there are delays in the conveyancing side and the ability to chase and push through.
