We recently moved to Scotland from Durham and used Your Move in Durham to sell our house in Belmont. The move was a tricky one with us moving to Scotland and having to use separate solicitors on either side of the border, but more so as our buyer was a Hong Kong national.

Needless to say things went a bit pear shaped at times with this scenario, and this is where Nikki and her team came into their own and essentially took over organising our buyer in the absence of any support from his online conveyancer

Needless to say we are very grateful to Nikki and her team for stepping up in this way as without doubt the chain would have collapsed had they not stepped in and helped our buyer.

Ultimately the move was successful thanks to Nikki and her team - not forgetting Sue in sales progression who was also instrumental in the process in working with Nikki, ourselves and our overseas buyer.

Firstly I am living in germany, so everything isn't a normal run of the mill dealing. I discovered a house I was interested in buying to let, with the Chris Stonock in Durham, from the first contact through to even finding a Tenant for the Premises, there was never a Problem in our dealing , more so they made suggestions in even getting to the end result even easier through various communication median, email, Telephone.
