We cannot fault the help and the work that Simon has put in for us with us buying our first home. The process has has been completely stress free and we cannot thank him and the team at bairstow eves enough. If we could give them more than 5 stars we would. 10/10 amazing service

Kerry, Brandon and the team in the Cannock branch made selling my property simple and guided me through each step, offering advice and regular updates. They were friendly and professional throughout the process and always dealt with queries promptly.
My only criticism is the aftersales team based in Walsall were slow with updates and communication, however, the Cannock team were always happy to help and track progress.

Not enough stars to rate the Cannock team for this. From the initial contact, viewing and purchase process Kerry, Brandon and Jaz helped no end with understanding, compassion and competent advice throughout.
Not all went smoothly with legal teams on my partners side but with the teams positive and upbeat attitude we finally made it through to completion.

I don't have a criticism at all, Kerry and the team were professional happy to help or just to listen.

Only think left is to make some new memories.

Jaz Kerry and the team have been superb from the time of us agreeing to use Bairstow Eves to sell our property. They have kept us informed throughout the process and have gone above and beyond in helping us to solve any issues. What has stood out is the personal touch and the knowledge they had about our sale. Never did we feel we were too much trouble and where we did have problems they showed empathy to our position and supported us in getting to a resolution. I would certainly recommend to anybody looking to sell or buy a property that you speak to this team before making a final decision.

Brandon, Jas and Kerry have been absolute stars with the valuation, viewings and sale of my house, right through to completion. I was kept informed throughout each process and never left in the dark. They made sure the price was right and that the right buyer walked through the door, there was no wasting time. Simon was fantastic in regards my mortgage application although I decided against in the end, I'd 100% recommend him for financial advice.
I was struggling to find somewhere to rent ASAP due to having 2 cats and a dog, but Billy found me somewhere and the process again was easy right from viewing to acceptance.
What is a stressful time selling a house and moving, was made simple and as stress free as possible with Bairstow Cannock, I can't thank everyone enough for everything they've done.
