From start to finish the service i have received from Scott at the Chesterfield Branch has been over and above, he honestly could not of done more to help this process move quickly. Any issues were dealt with professionally and he kept me informed throughout whilst recognising it was an emotional time, he was understanding of a time constraint and worked his magic to get me in as soon as humanly possible. I can not recommend him and this branch enough, the little gift box on moving day just emphasised how much they care and you are not just a number.

Amelia and Pheobe are an absolute credit to this place! They helped so much with selling our house, after it had been over priced to start with. Only 3 stars as I feel let down by their very passive aggressive area manager, who found it appropriate to highlight and colour code answers to an email sent - not very professional!

Hi I m just writing that review after wait all most 5 month one of my friend was in their property he left in middle of July that rented property than he keep calling for deposit back that said landlord not giving response than he raise dispute for deposit wit deposit protection that ask how u contact agent to ask deposit bt he called every time than landlord response she want to make claim £1200 and than he ask for pic what he break for proof bt she not giving any thing and property guys just only talk one thing we not getting response than she said I want final amount £500 now property guys pressure him to make deal and release deposit with out claim proof cz guys has last pic of house wen he left the property now my advise every one wen they let property very fast now he feeling very well under pressure cz they not helping in good way to make fare decision with damage proof they just talk one said not both way middle cz middle man always talk fare they are not good enough

Excellent service from Phoebe, Jonathan and the rest of the team. They made the purchase much easier to go through and were very quick at responding to my queries.

Rented from reeds and even though we didn’t have the best experience with our landlords the reeds team definitely made up for it. They fought our corner and stood by us as we went through battle after battle with the landlords. I would 100% rent from them again and hope one day to buy though them!
