What a fantastic service we received from Frank Innes! Both Adrian and Laura have been brilliant from start to finish.. … Adrian was a very friendly and helpful guy and couldn’t do enough to help us. Laura was the person my husband Dave dealt with during the sale process and we can’t fault anything she did for us… She was always there to help and responded to any queries very swiftly and accurately. The whole experience has been great and we can’t thank them both enough. We will definitely be recommending Frank Innes to friends and family (in-fact we already have)

I called Frank Innes after my father was ripped off by purple bricks. We were given Adrian Gomez, who worked very closely with Gemma Elliott. I cannot praise them highly enough. From the first phone call we were professionally dealt with. I could communicate with Adrian by phone, email,WhatsApp and he always returned very quickly to answer any concerns i had. The sale of my Fathers apartment went through this week and i know it took along time to finalise the sale, i could not have done it with out Adrian and Gemma's help. Not too happy with Frank Innes. This branch in particular decided to close 15 minutes early, so when I rushed into Leicester after I finished work at 16:00 and got there by 16:45 to hand my keys back in it was very frustrating to see it shut with nobody in sight even though the times state they are open until 17:00. Phoned up Frank Innes to ask for alternatives and they just told me I'd had to come in the next day to hand in the keys, wasting me several hours of time in driving and costing me heavily in fuel. The next morning at least we arrived shortly before opening and a lady inside opened up a few minutes earlier for us to hand in the keys so that's a slight positive but still miffed that I had wasted time and money - why not arrange a system to let us hand back keys out of hours? I was almost tempted to post them through the letter box but didn't want to be held accountable if they went missing overnight, but a secure storage would probably fix that issue. Then to top it off, Frank Innes took more than a month to return the deposit, quoting issues with the Landlord's address as the reason for the delay, but we still had to call in a few times to get this issue sorted rather than them sorting it out themselves without us having to chase it up. Not happy overall and definitely room for improvement. Only positive I can give (and the reason for 2* instead of 1) is that the staff overall is friendly.

I recently sold my house in Leicester and used Frank Innes Sales Agent. I must say that I am so glad that I used them for the sale. The staff are brilliant, they keep you updated, do whatever that can and help you through the process. Norah and Gemma were the main people in the team that were dealing with the sale and made the sale so much easier for me. Norah in particular chased the buyer's solicitor and kept me updated, whenever it was needed. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you to the team.
