I rented a property with City Fox for three years and never once had an issue. The staff is very helpful and kind and we never had problems with repairs or any other problem. A big THANK YOU goes out to Jay who showed me the property and was always nice to chat with during my visits to the office. The deposit was refunded with no issues. I've had a really good experience with CityFox renting a flat through the agency for two years. They were always quick to respond and solved any issues rapidly. They were also very friendly and understanding. If you're looking to rent a place in east London, I would recommend giving them a call.

Cityfox was the first letting agent I’ve dealt with as this was my first time renting out a flat. The properties offered were all affordable and our issues were dealt with promptly. We had an unexpected issue in our flat due to the building construction itself, but our agent, Sarwar, was really helpful and often kept us updated with the progress in rectifying the issue. He also helped us communicate with the landlord promptly and offered us a lot of assistance, which we really appreciate. I’m sure we weren’t the easiest tenants to deal with, and the flat had unprecedented issues that were beyond Cityfox’s or the landlord’s ability to foresee, but Sarwar was very patient in dealing with that—which is fantastic. Whenever we needed help with maintenance, Cityfox were usually quick to send someone over, so that is always helpful. All in all, great.

City Fox has been a great lettings agent for my final year at University. They helped us find a great affordable flat in East London promptly during the pandemic.
