Unfortunately I had to sell my Mum’s flat on her behalf after she moved into a care home & then sadly died suddenly.
The staff from Bridges Fleet particularly Amy, were compassionate, caring & very helpful.
They found a buyer very quickly who was prepared to wait for probate to be granted & during the long wait they kept in regular contact with me.
I have used Bridges in Fleet in the past & had great service & again this time too. Their staff are friendly, helpful & professional.
Particular thanks to Amy & Dean, for making what was such a difficult & sad thing for me a very easy process. I would highly recommend Bridges Fleet.

Hayden the client manager was the first point of contact in relation to selling my home. He was very well presented enthusiastic and keen to market the home in a very professional manner. He arranged for Stephen the sales negotiator to take the photographs again a very smart well presented young man who did a fantastic job with the photos. Selling a house is very stressful but not with Bridges, as I was fully informed of the progress and the team were always polite extremely helpful and I was treated as though I was the only client they had to deal with. Once the house was sold the pressure was on me to find a house and having made an offer on another property this eventually fell through. Time was getting close to completion and Hayden informed me of a house on the market which I could view immediately. Simon also client manager met me and showed me the property. As soon as I walked round I knew this was for me, it ticked all the boxes so I made a offer. This was accepted and very quickly things were moving fast. I moved in to my new home last week and I am so happy and content it feels like this house was waiting for me. I cannot thank the team enough they work so well together to make moving as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend them to others and they have made a dream come true for me. I would and will, recommend bridges. Simon Kelly valued our house and arranged the viewings, on the third viewing sold my house. Simon always went the extra mile for us. Explained the process and was always at the end of the phone, to explain each process and procedures, around the sale. He was always, friendly and a helpful in a professional manner. Thank you Simon for taking the stress out of the sale and for your patience in helping us, understand each process and procedures.

Simply put don't go anywhere else if you are looking to buy and/or sell a house! Bridges has given me a fantastic experience as a first time seller and buying a new house. I initially found a house for sale with Bridges I liked and met Simon. Absolutely best person I could have asked to have throughout the entire process of buying and selling. Simon is very knowledgeable, friendly, easy to get in contact with (don't underestimate this quality!) and he works incredibly hard from start to finish, giving reassuring communication the entire way. My only regret is I didn't go with the lawyers at Bridges themselves as mine were rather shocking!

Our house was put on the market and had multiple offers on the first open day, which we accepted. Whilst this fell through initially by the weekend as buyer wasn't as serious, Simon worked hard and got us another competitive offer a week later and kept the chain together as we had been accepted on the house we had offered on. There will naturally be hiccups along the way with any chain, but Bridges took on all the stress for me and dealt with everything in a timely manner and was excellent with their communication throughout.

The entire team at Bridges is brilliant in my opinion. Always answer the phones, emails, have time for you, I can trust them with a key to my house and only bring over genuine potential buyers. They always go the extra mile when there is any need and I just really appreciated being kept up to date so regularly, also never feeling like I was being a nuisance. If you have a question just ask them, they never make you feel stupid even if you may think or feel a bit silly to ask in the first place.

So buying or selling I would recommend them in a heart beat and as I did both, I can say this with the utmost confidence!

Bridges were excellent when selling our flat. They had a good knowledge of the local market and area and were able to sell our flat quickly. When the seller dropped out we had the flat resold within days. Iain, who managed our sale, was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and would happily answer any of my questions and concerns I had during the process. He also kept me constantly up to date with how the process was going.
