Raine and Co (Hatfield)

We just recently rented with Raine and Co. We needed the house a week later from when we found it and Maria made the whole process quick and smooth, helping us moving in just in time for school!! Very happy about our experience so far!!

Raine & Co has been managing my property for 10+ years and I see them as a trusted partner. Maria and Vicki are always on hand to answer my queries, keep me updated on outstanding tasks, and really take a professional approach to the tenants, as well as me. I really trust both their judgement and expertise and has been a key factor in our long standing partnership.

I honestly can't rate these guys enough. I had a terrible time with another agent previously and was nervous of using an agent again. As a foreigner who came into UK and in search of accommodation, I have spoken to and approached alot of agents with not so good an attention, some respond to you as though you are a disturbance and some just treat you as though a page of a book flipped past. Am saying this with utmost sincerity of heart, however, an individual stood out and gave me a renewed hope. I took a leap of faith and walked into RAINE and Co in Hatfield, a smile like I have longed only saw in my home town welcomed me with so much smiles that melted my worries, she was so so relaxed and in control of the discussions. She made me welcome and asked how she may help me, I stated my concern and with a smile she said I think we can get you something and the discussion ended with an instant mail scheduling me for a viewing which hopefully turns out in my favour. That woman is JULIE MALATA of the Raine and co.
I am doing this review to let the world know that JULIE MALATA is an outstanding woman who saw my plight and gave me a renewed hope, as at time of this review, am yet to get a place but her beautiful approach, reception and way she handled my situation gave me peace.
