My Landlord sold the house we rented privately, and I can say that my first experience renting with the agency, and the Cavender was sensational!
I researched the ads, and I contacted and went in person to most agencies in Guildford. I received personalized service from Luis Estrada (who followed the whole process and cheered for our new house). Jasmine and the others were amazing too.They are transparent, they clarified all my doubts. I had all the attention and care necessary to complete the contract. It was love at first visit! The welcome gift is very useful! I used the discount coupons for the furniture. And there are surprises inside!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Aaron Dennett and he guided me through some tricky situations. Aaron picked up on my stress and communicated through the situation with the different parties. What was nice is that he was genuinely acting for the best of both parties involved and without conflict the situation was handled. I think the business of letting agents is between two parties and when people move houses, they are stressed. Aaron and Charlie and Matt have such a polite way of being direct and yet considerate. Luis Estrada showed us around the flat on our first viewing. He was knowledgeable, polite and patient as we took our time to look around carefully. When we decided to offer on the flat he guided us helpfully though the application process. These discussions were all by telephone and if he was not immediately available he was always very responsive in getting back to me. He went out of his way to help, even going to the extent of taking a photo of the rear entrance to the car park to help me find it. I was very grateful to him. He is a credit to Cavenders

Following a string of awful experiences with various other estate agents, we have listed our property for sale with Cavender twice now and both times have been like a breathe of fresh air. Aaron in particular has been incredible at dealing with our (very complex) situation and has been on hand to chat things through whenever we've needed him.
