The whole team at Musker McIntyre were excellent in our very stressful house move. Anna-Marie was especially brilliant and chased everyone in the chain to keep things moving along. She worked really well with our solicitor and the pair of them are the reason the chain finally completed. Despite the delays, nothing was too much trouble and we would have no hesitation recommending Musker McIntyre to buyers or sellers alike.

Musker McIntyre were really helpful. They kept me informed of developments and even when I wanted to visit the property several times, nothing was too much trouble. They showed prospective purchasers around my property as I worked and I felt in safe hands. Friendly staff and very helpful.

Musker McIntyre have helped me find a couple of properties and I can't fault them. The staff are great, Anna-Marie and Ian in particular are both very helpful and professional.

Dealt with Dawn from the Beccles branch. She showed me round a property and was very personable and helpful in doing so. She gave me application forms which my partner and I filled out immediately and sent back. She then took 2 weeks to give us an answer about it and on the final day another application was accepted. Throughout these 2 weeks, the landlord wanted reassurance we weren’t going to be paying out for 2 rents so we gave up our current tenancy as we were assured this is all that would be needed to secure the place all for the process to take nearly 14 days just to be told sorry another application has been chosen! I can only put this down to the awful organisation Dawn presented and the lack of communication about the whole situation. I sent many emails asking if it was a no so that we could move on with other properties but was assured we just needed to prove what we did. The anguish and stress that followed this situation was absolutely dire as we were at risk of homelessness as a result all because we trusted this company with what they told us! We emailed Dawn directly about a week after about other properties but never received a reply. Would not recommend whatsoever.

We have bought a house through Musker McIntyre. The process was not as straight forward as we first anticipated mainly due to Covid and Brexit Issues as well as our house sale falling through after about 6 weeks!However Anna-Marie at this estate agents went above and beyond the call of duty keeping us updated and well informed throughout the process as luckily for us our sellers also had a delay. We found her to be helpful, professional and she communicated really well with the rest of the chain. If we ever come to sell our property we would have no hesitation in asking Anna-Marie to market our house due to the excellent service we received as buyers. In addition to the this we viewed about 25 houses in total and found Anna-Marie spent time telling us a little about the area and providing us with factful information as opposed to feeling rushed at other house viewings. We felt she was very genuine throughout the process. We really appreciated the effort she put into keeping us updated throughout the process and we have now settled into our new home very well.
