He really understood the importance of what I was looking for and why. Excellent service and for me it was a whole lot more pleasurable than the last two estate agents I have dealt with who literally couldn't be bothered. Tim was also very friendly. Our agent was George Rose. He was really considerate and friendly, attentive to all our wishes. In the end, he offered us a flat we moved into. It is close to the train station and the best option we saw at that moment. Plus we didn't have to wait for other candidates' queue. We could make an offer and pay the deposit right away, that's awesome!
