We used Open House Estate Agents Mansfield to market a rental property. They were efficient in getting the property listed where it mattered and had a number of viewings arranged very quickly.

And they found us a tenant who moved in just hours after the existing tenant moved out. We own a number of properties and have done for many years - but this was the first time a new tenant had moved in so quickly. From a buy-to-let business point of view, continuity is essential - you cannot have an empty property.

I recently used Open house Mansfield for an appraisal of my property. I booked an appointment and Simon & Craig both came out to see me. They gave me a brief overview of their company, and what they can offer. I showed them around the house and was really impressed with their enthusiasm and they genuinely seemed interested in my property.
