Leaders Letting & Estate Agents Chester

We have just bought a leasehold flat in Chester. It turned out to be a more tortuous experience than we anticipated but Leaders were brilliant and helped us get through it. The service we had was professional and attentive and I couldn't have wished for more. We dealt with Vicky and Alan in Chester and Janette at head office and we would certainly use Leaders again.

Don't rent from this agent. Supposed to be fresh start after sale of my amazing house and acrimonious divorce.....I have no words as my review will be deleted and I'm too tired and stressed. Just don't rent of this agent they will heartlessly destroy your life.

Worst estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t seem to know what they’re doing, don’t check the facts or terms in their own tenancy agreements. Always side with landlords and have no common courtesy or understanding of the tenants.

Forever having to chase them or get in touch with them for information. Yet they’re the first to get in touch with you if it involves more money for them - avoid Leaders.

I just had an unpleasant experience with Leaders agency. I was told my accommodation would be available by 11th October, they sent an email that it has been shifted to 14th October. I called this evening and I was told it would be available next week. I really feel bad because I am an international student who is new in Chester. Leader agency kindly look into my complain, I would appreciate if this is addressed as soon as possible. Thanks

We have just started a tenancy through Leaders and I can’t fault them. Saskia in particular has been incredible throughout. Communication, customer service and effectiveness has been the best we’ve ever experienced with an estate agents. We are really excited for this next step and know we are in good hands going forward. We will definitely be staying with them when the time comes to buy a home in the future.
