Chose Property Ladder as our selling agents through a friend who couldn’t praise them more when they purchased a property through them. We cannot fault this Agents. We have mostly dealt with the team at the City branch (Maia and Laurence, special thanks) But whole team here and across both branches we have spoken to throughout our sale and search have been helpful, professional, with sound advice as well as keeping the process as smooth as possible.

We have just sold our second home with Property Ladder and for the second time we are extremely pleased to have placed our trust in them. Once again the sale of our property was not an easy process and I am pretty confident that many Norwich estate agents (a few of which we have dealt with in the past) would not have been bothered to put the level of work in, required for the sale to actually make it to completion.

James always gave my wife and I the confidence to use Property Ladder, as we always felt he never tried to 'sell' us any BS, which is always an immediate put off and has always been very professional, straight talking and honest with us. He also nailed the marketing and managed to get 8 offers on our home within one Open House morning, all at the asking price and most above. So the sale price achieved exceeded our expectations.

Finally, Laurence Rouse acted as our sales agent for PL and I have nothing but praise for him. Going through a very tricky sale due to complications with a separate onward purchase chain, neither my wife of I were ever reluctant to take his calls, as we new he would be honest, EXTREMELY patient and polite with us at every stage and allowed us to be just as open with him in return.
I feel he represented us as well as anybody could have and am also confident that our buyer would also have similar levels of praise as well.

I do and will continue to recommend Property Ladder to anyone looking to buy or sell in and around Norwich. Online platforms like Purple Bricks likely do save money, but getting a sale of a home in the right market is easy. Seeing the sale/purchase through to completion is in most cases the hardest part of the process and having an Estate Agent on your side whom you can trust to communicate with parts of a chain you would otherwise not be able to is well worth every penny...in my opinion and experience.

Property Ladder have offered and executed exceptional service throughout our entire house sale. They are incredibly attentive and will always check in with updates and make sure everything’s on track and if you have any questions. They will be highly recommended to all friends and family in the future!

However, one of their recommended solicitors (E.G Law) are an absolute nightmare who we experienced extreme delays with due to the endless communication issues. Would advise you stay clear of this law firm!
