Recently been in contact with Beckie Varnon about signing up as a contractor with the company. Beckie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the process. She asked myself all the right questions regarding my qualifications and skills which made me feel comfortable to sign up with her and the company. She answered all my questions I had with confidence too.

When getting valuations from a few agents Paul asked to do a ‘one off viewing’ whilst we were still deciding as he thought he had a ready made buyer for the price we were looking for - turns out he did!

The sale was quite complicated due to the new fire regs on flats but Paul handled the sale well and was contactable during the process.

Marie Smith-Norton at Haart was excellent. She has devoted a lot of her time unconditionally for us recently, giving market appraisals on both of our properties and the amount of time she spent discussing our options with my wife and I was no issue for her. Marie’s priority was clearly focused towards our own happiness. Selling a house can be very daunting when selling for the first time. But Paul Cobb took the time to explain everything to us. He made the whole process easy and if i ever needed to sell again i would use him again. Please pass on my thanks to him. Would recommend.
