This is the third time I have used Bairstow Eves to find a tenant for my property and have always had a first class service from start to finish. I would especially like to thank Jodie and Amber who went the extra mile to ensure the process went smoothly. Within 2 weeks of the old tenant moving out they had a new one in for me.

Ross, Rebecca, and Amber were really approachable, thorough, and dedicated to helping us rent our property with ease. They worked hard and kept in contact every step of the way whilst also arranging repairs to be carried out. They were clear about the fees- which are reasonable- and how they will manage the property when a tenant moves in. I love the fact they are focussed on finding the right tenants for the property and not just anybody. This company have made it such a straightforward process for something that seemed very daunting and complicated. Highly recommend going here as a new landlord!

We have been using Baristow eves Hucknall branch to rent out our property since 2016. The service is top class in every aspect, they always go above and beyond no matter what the needs we require. Throughout the years they have found good us tenants and if there ever was a problem to resolve they were on the case straight away. This year we decided to sell the property and within 2 weeks we had a buyer lined up. We would like to say a massive thank you to the branch manager Ross who has been by ourside since 2014, always on the end of the phone helping us out and putting us to ease if we ever had any issues or worries. All we can say is, he's an asset to the company, even after the sale was complete he's still willing to listen and help us out if needed.
