We are completely upset by the way in which this estate agents has lied to us. As first time buyers we were hoping for a much better service. A few months back we found a property we really liked and enquired as to what they would need from us after making an offer. We were told we would need to prove our deposit and provide evidence of mortgage acceptance. So we contacted our mortgage company who provided us with a letter via email the same day. The next morning we visited the estate agents who said our offer had been rejected. We made the relevant enquiries as to why and how much the current offer was. Only to be told the property offers were in excess of our offer by thousands. We didn't think anymore of it until we drove passed the property today and saw it was back up for sale after having undergone a scheme of renovation. I searched on the Internet to find the property to see if it was in our price range only to discover that the house was sold in March 2017 for the SAME PRICE we offered! Absolutely disgusting to say the least. We feel this was a nasty trick played by the estate agents to earn greater commission from the sale. We certainly won't be using them again even if it means losing our dream home because we would rather honest, decent estate agents were worthy of their commission. We will be raising our concerns with the relevant persons/ bodies accordingly.

We came up to North Wales a month ago at short notice. Peter Large Estate Agents where fantastic, getting us some viewings, with in the 3 days we were here.
We are now in the process of buying our dream bungalow (STC), Retiring from Essex to Kinmel bay. We would say they are excellent, professional and are keeping us updated.

Never use this company!!!!!!
Our elderly mother used them.
They were so so rude to our mother, infact we had to seek legal advice,
She cancelled her contract and used a proper company. The whole process was very unpleasant experience 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Truly shocking estate agents, put my mother in hospital with there bad attitude towards her , we got a proper company in , they were much better

I’m currently purchasing a property in Kimnel Bay , Peter Large Estate Agents have been wonderful from the start their agent Linda that showed my wife and I around the property (twice) was very professional and friendly . We haven’t moved in yet but looking forward to having all the professional services that have been recommended . Steve & Pat

My husband and I are being made homeless due to neighbours lying about myself screaming every morning at 6am. After letting them know that this is a lie and that my husband works full time and I’m recovering in bed due to being harassed by our neighbours and bullied, they still don’t care or listen. I suffer from autism, PTSD and OCD as well as depression, overdosing the other weekend and almost dying yet they still are saying they want us to move even though this has pushed me further over the edge. Our doctors registered our dog as a therapy animal and we still had to get rid of him even though he was well behaved. When offered to come and meet him and see the flats condition no one wanted to. And just said no giving us no good reason, which broke tenancy policy.

My whole family are in America and being 22 years of age with mental health and trying to get by I have no where to go now. Absolutely heartbroken to say the least. There’s been no respect in this building/ block of flats. Anyone has access and comes and goes (residents that don’t even live here) causing damage to the property and smoking weed yet they are allowed to stay? Fuming.

Sold a bungalow through Peter Large January 2022. Had regular updates. Smooth transaction.
