We cant thank John Francis and staff enough. They were so helpful when we wanted to sell. They sent a large number of people to view and we eventually had a buyer. We had tried other estate agents but did not get as many viewers as with John Francis. So a big Thank you

Arwel, Ben and Iolo have been fab and always kept me updated, in fact the whole team have been really very good.

Dire communication & don’t care attitude!
We had put an offer on a house we knew very well from years ago..we’re told that since it had attracted many viewings, this would go to best & final offers..
Found out this morning the property has been sold, no one contacted us via phone or emails, absolutely zero communication..when enquired about this, I was told that no one contacted us because we had not viewed the property in the first place but they were happy to take our prior offer on that understanding and confirmed this in writing.
The least anyone could expect from a “professional” outfit is common courtesy and basic communication..
