Do not use these guys to sell your house. If your trying to buy through them then good luck. They rarely answer the phones. They don't call back after messages have been left. They don't respond to emails unless it suits there own agenda.

We made a formal offer in writing 6 days ago. Yet to have any confirmation of receipt of offer, yet to receive any confirmation of any offer consideration. The email to which it was sent was correct as it was a reply to an email received. There is an obligation to present all offers to clients and to get back to all parties who make offers.

We will be reporting to the ombudsman as we all can do without agents like these in operation!!

Today we went to northwest homes after getting a call back from the enquired property. The experience we got from there was terrible. The staff to whom we enquired didn't mind us. He literally was not even looking at us and was simply asking to repeat. It was like he was not even bothered that we were talking to him. Really hurt our feelings and we walked out. They could at least tell us if it is not available. Could show some mercy. If you ever want to find a home with dignity and satisfaction please don't go here.

Generally, they've got nice homes to let. Whatever you see on their website is what you get .
I had a nice experience with Northwest homes especially one of the staff Mr Salem. He was so helpful and approachable. He dedicated his time to make sure I get my current apartment.
It was nice having a deal with you. I hope I get the best of you this way or more next time .

There have a huge array of great properties listed for a fair price. Sadiya at the office was very helpful and patient and help me with all my enquiries.

Northwest Homes is a good housing executive that helps students especially studying at UCLAN to find a student house for them to live in for the term.

Although some of their staff are lovely and helpful, there are a lot of staff who make constant mistakes with contracts which became very stressful for us. And a lot of their drivers to the properties are extremely rude and are aggressively verbal!

When my course mates and I were finding a place to stay for the next term, our driver from Northwest homes made us very uncomfortable by having arguments on the phone and raising his voice towards the residents in the house.

We did not appreciate this behaviour and it made us uncomfortable as well and we hope that Northwest Homes sorts out how some of their staff treats students.

Very poorly organised. No consideration for customers. Walk in for viewings even after notifying them that the time is not convenient. Haven’t had a single positive experience with them.

Not even worth a star. Have trapped me in a tenancy with other house mates who I don't get along with, no negotiations at all om rent, don't bother finding a substitute for me and have completely ruined my uni experience. Lied about personal contracts and put us in a joint contract. Messed up another viewing and shown me a house that the landlord only wanted a family in which completely wasted my time. Awful people.
