Where can I start? The staff are ROGUES, EXTORTING THE HARD EARNED MONEY THE TENANTS, NEVER LISTEN, HANG THE LIFE OF TENANTS IN DANGER, THEY CARELESS WHEN THE MONEY IS INVOLVED, THEY GOT ATTITUDE. THEY ARE JUST PAINED IN HEART.

They Deleted my last review. This agency is an absolute joke they don’t care about any of their tenants the woman in the office Sarah is nothing but rude when speaking to her. Electrical problems, no fire alarm been fixed over a year. Bedroom ceiling has a whole in the roof still not repaired over a year later. Windows were supposed to have been fixed a week ago waited in all day for her to ring me and tell me they’ll Arrange for another day still no contact back. Honestly don’t know how this agency are still a company , deserve to be shut down that’s how bad they are. Don’t bother renting with them !!!

The worst housing estate agency around, if you value your families lives avoid these lying money grabbing scum bags at all costs, would rather leave houses in dire conditions with serious faults and no safety measures in place than protect the safety of children. Would be no stars if possible, wouldn't let my worst enemy rent under these inhumane monsters.

Worst agents about putting peoples and especially childrens life at risk, letting properties with ceilings fall off onto 1 week old baby and damping where not fit for a cow house let alone human beings. Do not take any responsibilities as putting people and lifes at risk. AVOID AT ALL COST! ASMA IS THE RUDEST WOMAN ALIVE. SHE IS A COWGIRL AGENT!

This agency is an absolute joke can not handle tenants (Assma) she doesn't have the professional and mannerism, my boiler has not been fixed for over 6 months and reporting constantly and they turn around and blame us that we are rude and shut the phone on us.
We have had work done in the house and the builders left the rubbish in the front garden and back garden which is a hazardous condition and safety concern THEN I WAS TOLD (NAVEED) TO THROW THE BAGS AT THE END OF THE STREET AND LITTER ILLEGALLY! I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO COUNCIL SINCE WE HAVE RECORDING OF TELLING US.
DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COST IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.
