Prestige Lettings

We were approached through an advertisement that I posted and had not heard of Prestige prior to this. They promptly found us a property and we lived there happily for two years, we were only bothered when necessary and if there were any faults they were organised and sorted immediately around my schedule. Having now left Cardiff we were swiftly checked out and are awaiting our full bond both leaving the transaction very happy. Great contact when we needed it, no constant pestering, inspections or unnecessary calls. They have been a pleasure to deal with and are a serious contender in Cardiff which is now saturated with below par, Money driven companies looking to take all your deposit for no reason. Having been ripped off twice by other letting agencies Prestige were a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended ! Ignore the rest and stick with these guys for a more personal respected relationship and great service.

Prestige is the best agency I have ever dealt with in Cardiff. After having horrible experiences with other lettings agencies in Cathays, Prestige was an absolute eye opener.
Any issue with the property would be dealt with promptly and sufficiently by their own dedicated maintenance team, who were polite, highly competent, professional and discreet. The appointments with the maintenance team were always prearranged to a suitable time round our schedules and there was always a reminder on the day too.
The team in the office is superb, friendly, knowledgeable and easily approachable. Always there to help, chat about any concerns and offer advice. Responds to all email promptly.
They go above and beyond expectations and always deliver excellent service. I was always apprehensive recommending a letting agency, but Prestige without a doubt is the best letting agency in Cathays and I would recommend them to anyone.

Had a contract with them for 6 months when I moved in with a friend in Cathays. They were brilliant, always went above and beyond to help me! any slight issues that I raised in regards to the flat they were very quick to react providing professional support! At the end of my tenancy I received a full refund of my bond. I would especially like to thank Melissa as she always portrayed a very professional manner; dealing quickly and efficiently with any queries raised. I would definitely let with them again in the future!

What can I say if not to praise every single person in that company. Since the moment I've rented with them, over 3 years ago, there was not a moment I felt I wasn't been looked after.
In any visit or phone call I was always dealt with professionalism and sympathy. If I had a problem/concern about the property they would sort it out asap and was never kept in the dark about the issues. They were upfront and available to all my queries and called/visit/email me every time they said they would. Every single time!
They maintain the property to a high level and the team that deals with the maintenance comes second to none. We had a baby 2 years ago and at the time we wonder if we could change some things in the property (replace all carpets to a laminated floor as its easier to keep) to my happiness they immediately said yes and within a week the job was all done! Just amazing!
I would recommend Prestige Lettings to everyone. They are the most genuine, friendly, helpful and honest company without a doubt. I've dealt with others and they don't even come close to this lovely guys.

Since leaving the property over 2 months ago now I still haven't heard back regarding my deposit refund from Prestige. The branch manager promised she would chase this up over 4 weeks ago but has failed to do so. I have emailed since then and have been ignored. I have called a few times and left voicemails but still have not heard back. Hopefully will hear back from them today after being promised so, but probably one of the worst agencies I've been with. During my time in the flat I was given only a few hours notice before inspections or fixtures. They also promised to fix one of our walls but failed to do so. Would not recommend at all.

After hearing nightmare stories of agents ripping students off and letting houses go to rot etc. I was genuinely worried I'd end up having a similar experience with whatever letting agent I decided to go with... I was so wrong though.
I honestly cannot fault Prestige, whenever I had a problem I just rang them and it was sorted promptly. The staff here really are awesome, so approachable and friendly and not at all like all the horrible letting agent stories I'd come to expect. Special shout out to Mel and Adam!

Best agents I had while living in Cardiff! Mel was an unbelievable amount of help, really friendly and approachable. Easy to deal with and always willing to help! Other agencies took, a lot of unnecessary money from my deposit and had late fees for rent. This agency is not so evil, unlike a few in Cardiff that have 'Let' after their name. Highly recommend 5 stars!!!

Rented on Monthermer Road for over Six years. Darling people, could not fault them. Understanding and helpful throughout my tenancy. This is one of those good estate agents that actually care and aren’t looking to make you feel inferior, as after all you are paying for the space and they get that. You can phone and email and they’ll get right back to you. Found them to be lovely people, all of them , over the years
