We were charged with cleaning fees and rubbish removal after we left (although we hired a professional cleaner and the rubbish left was an old Christmas tree under the stairs which was there pre move in ).
They tried to charge me £110 for a stained mattress and need for a re-paint on two walls from marks, which were all there before!! After I showed them photographs on my move in day with evidence of the issues pre-move they did waiver the costs. HOWEVER, I advise everyone to take as many photographs when they move in as possible otherwise you will be completely scammed when you move out.
After renting with Interlet, I can say that they are the best letting agency to go with!
The staff are extremely friendly and efficient! They are quick to respond and have always helped with any questions/issues.
The maintenance team are alway friendly and happy to help - they work quickly too!!

Upon initially entering the property I rented through Interlet, I was greeted with multiple issues, including but not limited to: broken oven door, broken freezer drawers, torn flooring in multiple areas of kitchen, broken windowsills in kitchen and living room, large hole/dent in bathroom wall, bathroom window that could not be opened, dirty bath, broken desk, broken wardrobe drawer, stained mattress, broken blinds in one bedroom, no blinds in the other.
They attributed much of the initial issues with the property to ‘the previous tenants must have broken these’/‘the previous tenants did not leave it in a good way at all’, despite claiming to have inspected/deep cleaned the property prior to myself and my flatmate moving in.
Some of these issues were resolved quickly – they replaced the oven, freezer, panelling in bathroom wall, desk and mattress immediately.
Other issues took months to be resolved despite being followed up on multiple occasions, such as the bathroom window that could not be opened.
They (not quickly by any means) installed blinds on one window in the bedroom that was missing them. They installed blinds on the second window in said room months later (these blinds did not work).
Others were never resolved. The torn flooring was never fixed. I rented the property for twelve months, informed them of the broken blinds in my bedroom when I moved in at the end of the third month, was told multiple times that ‘the blinds man’ was working on them, and upon moving out of the property at the end of my tenancy, did not have working blinds.
Interlet also expressed a general lack of interest in us – for example, the broken desk (which was promptly replaced) remained in the front garden for the entire year - we had no transportation, thus we could not remove the large pieces of wood ourselves, and Interlet informed us they would collect it - they never did.
We informed them of the rusted (therefore unsafe to use) state of the microwave, and were told to pick a new one up from their office, despite us informing them of our aforementioned inability to remove/collect large and/or heavy items. They told us that they would deliver the new microwave, but never did.
When they did send a member of the maintenance team to fix an issue, they rarely provided us with notice that somebody would be coming to our property.
Additionally, we were only provided with one key to our front door (there were two of us occupying the property), and had to chase this up multiple times, to no avail. We eventually opted to change the lock ourselves (partly for security purposes, partly out of a desire to each have a set of keys) and had our own keys cut.
I would suggest avoiding renting through Interlet if possible.
They've kindly allowed me to stay in my flat a few extra months over my tenancy before i go travelling which is so relieved about as it is so difficult to find a short term tenancy anywhere.
Any issues with appliances are always sorted within hours, ive been with other agencies and it takes literal weeks to get things fixed or replaced.
Staff are SO friendly and professional and really look after tenants.
This is the only agency i'll ever rent with again, cannot recommend enough.
