I honestly can’t rate this company highly enough! Andy, Hayley and the staff have always been very informative, trustworthy and helpful from day 1. We’ve only ever had a couple of minor problems in the house over the last two years, but a quick phone call to the office and everything is generally resolved very quickly (normally with Andy assessing the situation first).
Just last Friday there was a problem with one of the radiators and on the very same day that the call was made, Andy visited the house and resolved the problem so that there was heating available over the weekend. Quality service!
We also had a blockage with the new shower that was fitted last year, but we needn’t have worried, it was sorted within 24 hours.
SPA are extremely approachable and very thorough. I have no complaints, but I’m sure if I did, a call to the office would be all that was needed.

As a student at a local university, I would urge any student to NEVER consider renting a property with them. They appear legitimate and use a nice approach to lure you in, but once you sign the contract the problems will start. The houses they rent out are in a bad condition, as they wait till the end of the year to try and charge students for problems which were already present prior to your tenancy. If you have any problems during your tenancy, don't expect them to be proactive in helping you out or repairing it, you'll likely wait at least 2 weeks. For example, the central heating system broke in the middle of winter and they didn't bring a plumber to even diagnose the problem for 2 weeks - A breach of the tenancy agreement they write themselves! But, when this was pressed to them, they claim to have sent people immediately and multiple times, making it our fault for 'not answering the door'. This was despite someone being home at all times just to ensure this didn't happen.
At the end of the tenancy, don't expect to get all of your deposit back as rest assured they will find something to charge you for. Andy, who I believe is the owner, is incredibly rude and arrogant not only to students but to parents also. He further claimed on multiple occasions not to know anything about services such as cleaning, a cost you would think a man who owns a company which utilises such work after every tenancy ought to know pretty well. After all, he has over 12 years of experience as he brashly announced to me and my parents when moving out to try and explain himself when questioned.
I could go on but I hope this gives a review of the service you should expect from this company. Avoid at all costs!
I had to move property during my rent for personal reasons and they made the process stress free and offered me support during this time. I can't thank them enough and recommend them to anyone. Lovely people and a great company.
