Amazing experience Leon and Chris dealt with us very professional but also approachable as a whole everyone was amazing knowledgeable and very kind and helpful they remember your name so we felt assured and calm and they are there if we need anything. The manager was there aswell which was nice he was approachable and introduced himself thanked us. Amazing team great service well done you should all be very proud not gone anywhere else where the service was that good. Will definitely be going back.

A big shout out to John the mechanic and the Service Desk at Arnold Clark Renault Blackpool. My fuel flap on my Audi A4 failed so i couldn't fuel up my car, nightmare. A quick call to the lovely Service Team saying, come down at 3pm we will have a look. Sorted, brilliant service and quality staff 10/10.

Everything went smoothly as planned. Courtesy car was ready for me, clean with some petrol. Arrangements went smoothly for handover. Service team kept me informed as to progress and offered advice on engine top-up.

I bought my new car from Leon and Craig. I had never used Arnold Clark before but I got the best service and would recommend to anybody. Leon helped with all my queries as I don’t have a clue about the process of hire purchase and he made sure everything made sense and kept me up to date with every part of the process. Craig made sure I understood how to use the functions of the car. I would 100% trust Leon to find me my next car too. I have been to Arnold Clark Blackpool for my last 2 cars, both of my deals have been arranged with Paul Coyne who is always extremely helpful and thorough! Paul always take his time talking through the deals making sure every detail is covered. I don't buy the highest spec car because that's not my style, but this doesn't affect the service in any way, which is really refreshing after visiting other dealerships and feeling a little bit like I wasn't worth their time as I wasnt after a high value/spec car. Honestly can't fault this branch everyone including the manager is super friendly and helpful.
