Salesman Steve very friendly and not pushy at all. Car was ready for test drive as agreed and had been fuelled.
Vehicle well presented and we were made to feel very welcome.
Despite travelling half the day to collect the vehicle we would definitely consider visiting again.

Geoff was professional and friendly and he answered all my questions, he was very knowledge and patient in all aspects. Total transparency and so easy to deal with. Fixed DAB radio as had stopped working and I missed listening to it.
Cleaned car after which was great.
Could of rung me with an update after a few hours as I had to ring to check at 4pm. But very good response and explanation.

I ordered my car at the end of February and my sales executive explained there would be a wait and even though I had to wait a while for my car to arrive, I was kept informed almost every 2 weeks on the updates and when the car was expected. I really appreciated this and it helped knowing there were regular updates.
When I picked up the car, my sales executive Geoff went through everything with the car and has since followed up with a phone call to make sure I am getting on well and happy with the car.

I recently purchased a used vehicle with Renault Aldershot and I cannot in any way fault the service I experienced with the garage and it's team. The process was timely, well organised, and altogether largely effortless. My allocated salesperson, Andrew, deserves particular recognition here. He devoted a seemingly endless amount of his time and patience to walking me through stock, purchase options, finance applications, and made sure to be present for the car handover - a process throughout which he brought impressive knowledge and impeccable manners. I am, altogether, immensely happy with my new vehicle and will certainly be recommending this garage to others in the future. Thank you and very well done.
