I had been dreading the stress of selling my old car and buying another. Georgie totally removed this fear. The process was easy, friendly, efficient with absolutely no hard sell. An excellent price was quickly agreed for the old car and no stone left unturned regarding the new. I bought a second hand car (not Renault) but I was treated as if I was buying a top of the range 2022 Renault. Of course, realistically, however good a business is it is down to the face to face contact. Every member of staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. My experience was akin to staying in an expensive hotel. I hope Renault will continue to treat their staff well and pay them what they deserve. Staff like this are precious.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Bristol street motors, The level of customer service was of a very high standard indeed in fact it was outstanding.
Georgina, who dealt with the part exchange of my existing vehicle and the collection of my new car was efficient, courteous and very professional, genuinely a nice person, she has a good knowledge of cars and more importantly to the customers requirements, she also has a realistic approach to the importance of part exchange values to customers.
I have had bad experiences before at dealerships but have to admit that this time the whole experience was an example of how other companies/dealerships should make the whole process for prospective buyers.
The car itself is a joy to own, I looked for months to find the exact model, mileage, specification and price, I'm glad I found it here!

My experience was fine and the MOT showed up a serious fault in my offside front tyre that although it had plenty of tread had serious damage in places that could have xaused a blowout possibly st high speed. It was picked up and replaced. When I collected the car it was better and had been valeted as we'll. Very pleased with the service.

The full valet I was supposed to receive was atrocious. Seats were not cleaned (washed) properly, the empty boot was not even hoovered, terrible smear marks on the windscreen etc. I told them that my passenger side headlight was out and I wanted the bulb changed, they sent me home in the dark without this being done. Engine was not cleaned…. Need I go on?

150 mile round trip to look at a car described (and confirmed on the phone) as having a Full Service History. Reality was that there was only one service recorded in the service book. That was in 2022. No other paperwork or receipts to back up any service history. Given that it was a 2106 car that's very worrying. I felt sorry for the salesman as it wasn't his fault but online descriptions need to be accurate and not fairy tales!

Really happy with our purchase and dealership experience - Regarding the sales process, everything was taken care of professionally, the ideal car for my needs was found, sourced, and delivered, and every small detail looked after. In regards to after-sales, any query I’ve had has been taken care of, and followed up on, which I am really pleased about. Special mention of Ruby and Sam in regards to this. Thanks.

Edit: Just a quick addition - Just had my first service with these guys and they were fantastic. Took care over everything very well, and looked after me equally as well.
