Hendy Renault Portsmouth

I bought a used car from Harvey at Hendy Renault last week without seeing it first. As I lived quite far away I asked Harvey for an honest description of the condition of the car on which to base my decision. On picking it up I was very pleased that it was exactly as described no nasty surprises. He picked me up from the station and the handover was thorough and painless. Top stuff and would definitely buy from them again.

Knowledgeable and helpful sales person, no pressure, bought a new Renault Capture automatic hybrid because of its comfortable ride and seating. Unfortunately 6 month wait...Update: Received vehicle on time. Very pleased with vehicle and service...

From when I placed my order some 6 months ago, Graeme has kept me informed as my vehicle progressed through the production line until I was finally able to collect.it yesterday. We have been looking for an electric car for a while and the Zoe was 3rd car we have test driven. The salesman was genuinely helpful and enthusiastic and had great product knowledge, the Zoe is the best car for us. They gave us the best PX against a new car that was already discounted by Renault - thank you Graeme Ross.

My experience was just brilliant! From just looking to buying my new car was pain free. Harvey is a brilliant salesman, as he never rushed me. He told me everything that I needed to know and waited while had a think about things. As I wasn't exchanging my car he even picked me up from the station. I would tell everyone who is thinking of getting a new car to go there!

Ollie was brilliant when I went through the process of buying my Renault. Although he is only new, he was clear, had a good understanding of the car, and never was pushy. He answered any questions I had and was only an email away if I needed anything. What made the experience even better was how Ollie had remembered even the small details, such as why I wanted the car, what specifications and even how my Dad liked his coffee. Really pleased with my new (used) car from Renault. Ollie was very helpful, knowledgable and offered me several choices as well as letting me test drive and deliberate without any pressure. Found a really good option and managed to get all the paperwork sorted out so I could drive it away that day. Excellent service! Would highly recommend garage.
