I ordered my first order of frozen reptile food from Ridgeway and it was delivered to the wrong address, left out in the street, in the rain, thawed and ruined. Contacted Ridgeway and they replied that this wasn't their problem and I'm not entitled to any help or compensation. Bad customer care and an obvious attitude. Will not be ordering from them again and advice others not to as well.

Great service these guys provide bought a lizard last month and had it delivered via courier to Scotland no problems at all . So happy I bought another lizard this month and waiting on delivery. Cant recommend them enough ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic service with frozen food. Have not had a single issue with any of our orders since we started using them 2 years ago. I got a box of goodies with my order today and in the past have received gifts hidden away in my orders. Huge thank you to the team and I'll continue recommending you!

Contacted Ridgeway and they replied that i send bank details via email for a refund of the difference in cost which is not secure Bad customer service. Will not be ordering from them again and advice others not to as well.

Always amazing service, really friendly staff that are always happy to answer any questions big or small. The owner was welcoming and even gave us a insulation bag to keep our tarantulas warm on the journey home. I am very new to the invert club but these guys will make you feel at home and guide you the best they can. The selection of Tarantulas are really good too. Would 100% recommend this place if you've never been. 11/10 :)

Thank you Jason & George. Great shop was well worth the trip and left with some beautiful snakes. Shop is very well set out with some great animals on display. Have a great Xmas see you in 2023
