Coach House Country Pub

I read the dubious reviews previous to dining out here..... as visitors to the theme park we had ventured in for a pint whilst relaxing in the Easter sun and saw what culniary delights that where on offer....
We didn't hesitate to return and order the family deal of a Full roast chicken, chips, onion rings, corn on the cob and gravy with an extra order of side salad enough to feed 4 adults and a toddler (and a chicken doggy bag for our Border Terrier).... I have to say we all ate like Kings and at £30 all in I can't complain one bit...! Food was piping hot as well.... the other dishes that people where ordering also looked good and plentiful. I believe they were busy at the start of reopening after the covid saga so I'd assume the bad previous reviews.!

Food tasted like it was cooked in dirty oven, chips overcooked, flat beer. When raised the complaint to a member of staff the supervisor point blank refused to come and addresses the problem. Do not recommend

Wow just been and eaten at the coach house and the food was amazing I had the chicken parmo which was like Malton lava, with yummy chunky chips, the wife had steak pie and chips which she was happy with and that's a good thing as the wife is very picky. We're here for 4 days so will be trying more of the menu

Nice sit down pub food place open for lunch and teatime in Flamingo Land.
Food was good quality, and staff were friendly.

Trying not to give a scathing review but staff not committed to wearing face coverings. Only able to order and pay with QR code on table. Meal was rubbish. Lack of food quality is linked to location. Picture is supposed to be bacon.

I was at this pub with mates on Sunday 15.08.21. My 3 friends ordered Sunday dinner and I ordered burgers and chips for myself and my niece who is 5 years old
My meal was absolutely disgusting I complained to the manager who said it was cold and took it away. He stayed away from our table for a while then came back to me and said I can not have a refund. He made me a another burger which was worse than the 1 st one. Absolutely rotten. Then another manager came and said they had probed the burger and it was 72 degrees and the first manager said the probe was 70 degrees. The second manager asked 3 of the staff out of the pub to hear what I was saying. So that was 5 people and me? What a joke. Absolutely no refund was giving.

Yes it was busy 45 minute wait for food but it was disgusting my dog wouldn’t of eat it.

We went there on 31.08.21. We enquired about dining about 11.45 am and were told by a very unfriendly bar staff to sit and wait until we could order as apparently it could only happen at noon promptly. We sat with our drinks meanwhile other waiting staff kept staring at us as we were their worst enemies and kept commenting on guests, etc. Then we ordered our food and surprise, surprise it came reasonably soon and it was actually quite nice! Such a shame they just can't get the right people, it could be an amazing place! And maybe they should change their motto on the windows as well: 'great quality, great service' (NOT).

I visited tonight with my family we ordered 3x chicken parmos, when they arrived all 3 were cold, I explained to waiter who immediately took away the food and brought fresh with no hesitation. The fresh food was piping hot and really nice, gutted though parmo was that big I couldn't finish my chips, on the whole a nice place and atmosphere, staff were very helpful and polite.
