Ordered with over 90 mins no food. Close proximity, no update, no response. Not even a high demand time for food. Very dissatisfied.

Nothing stopping an accurate wait time being displayed online and a fully functioning phone number.

When a leaflet came through the door, we decided to give it a try. Very friendly customer service, with a well designed menu. It arrived exactly on the time we asked for with a lovely delivery driver from the restaurant who greeted us with a friendly, smiling face. They had generous portions and the food was amazing! Will definitely be returning for more of the options and recommending to friends

Easy to order and arrived on time, some things were done well, others not. Poppadoms were slightly chewy, one was a bit charred, and the condiments were a bit luminous in colour but otherwise nice. We had nice lamb and chicken dishes, but the king prawn dish was inedible, sauce was fine but the prawns were so tough you couldn't eat them, and there wasn't that many prawns actually in the dish. Had we been in a restaurant this would have been promptly sent back to the kitchen. Naan breads were very nice and rice as expected. With the 50% discount offer this takeaway was ok, but a couple of really basic errors have let them down, we are not inclined to return anytime soon and would certainly not pay double. We like to support new businesses and may try again in 6 months, but there are plenty of other good curry houses around and they will need to up their game.

Ordered at 5:30pm, had an email to say it had been dispatched at 6:20pm - we live about 5 minutes drive from the shop. The food arrived at 6:50pm!! The curry was lukewarm, chips were soggy, popadoms / Bhaji / samosas we’re all lukewarm and really chewy. Definitely not what I expected, was really disappointed.

I placed an order admittedly late in the evening but still in their advertised opening times, order was taken along with the payment, waited over an hour, on calling I was told the order was cancelled as It had been too late and they are closed.. Spoke to 2 people who were polite in explaining the situation, but I could hear them discussing with staff in the background who I could hear being extremely arrogant and impolite about the situation. Still no refund of the payment so I have had to go via my Bank to try an get my funds back, very disappointing as I really like the food here, but will not be ordering again. Edit - in response :- I was not contacted to be told the order was not accepted, I had to chase it up over an hour later. As I said although you were polite in explaining the situation, you did not offer me anything off future orders, but it is something that would have been very much appreciated. The person responding here was also not the person who answered my first call where staff were impolite in the background and they were certainly speaking English. Also if the order was not accepted payment shouldn't be taken until this point, it shouldn't take 2-3 days to refund.

Need to apologise the restaurant for mine first comment. On uber Eats the contact number is +441242691310. When there was delay with the order I have contacted the number wich one been provide it by the uber. Food has arrived 40 min late. It been full of taste but wasnt been very hot. Only 3 stars 🌟at this time. I will order again as food was really nice and hopefully next time food will arrive on time.e and will be hot🔥

I have ordered food thru Uber eats from this restaurant. Food meant to arrived between 8pm-8.20pm. Is now 8:45pm and the food didn't arrived. Called shop and the receptionist couldn't help me as she said that they don't do Uber eats. I have been charged 23 pounds for just air. Staff there is very unhelpfully and unprofessional. She wouldn't check on her system if she has any order placed for mine address. This restaurant shouldn't be on the market. Very very very angry costumer. Won't recommend this place to anyone.

Took a punt after receiving a leaflet through the door... so pleased we did. Delicious Indian food, generous portions, and delivered 20 mins ahead of schedule. Highly recommend.

More than 90 minutes after the booked delivery time we are still waiting for delivery. Their landline is out of order and they are not answering their publicised mobile number or replying to texts. I’ve tried communicating with them on Facebook. Shocking customer service. Friends are experiencing the same with them but at least their food arrived, albeit an hour late and everything packaged in plastic. Avoid!
