Went to willets today for the first time and it was absolutely amazing food. Fast and friendly service. The food was so lovely will definitely be going back 😋

Awful service last two times I've ordered now, firstly they put a portion of brisket fries on their side in the bag, so the gravy leaked out and then subsequently leaked onto my carpet, staining it. Then ordered a few weeks later via Go Getters and instead of letting me know (as my number is available through the Go Getters app) that they had run out of chicken wings they delivered a portion of oven baked tenders and the quantity they delivered was less than what I was supposed to receive with the chicken wings. Terrible service for what is fast becoming over priced average quality food.

The best takeaway I have had in a while, both burgers that we ordered were amazing aswell as all the sides and the dips are even better. It is a nice change from your classic pizza or Chinese. Couldn’t fault the order it was all lovely. Will be ordering again very soon.

Best food in Harlow. Louise is absolutely lovely and has no issue going the extra mile to make sure our meals are taken care of promptly and even gives extras to regulars! Prices are very affordable and would eat daily if I could!

Willetts is my go to!! The food is amazing no matter what you order and there is so much to choose from! The service is just as incredible, Lou is such a lovely person who always helps when the decision of what to have is too tough! 10/10 recommend having a willetts if you’re in the area!!

Brilliant food everytime, great location too, the kids can get a burger while they are playing quasar or the escape rooms. Lovely service, would give 10 stars if I could!

Where to start, the owners are rude the servest was extremely poor, as for the willetts burger, I've had a tin of winalot dog food that smells and tastes alot better than the burger, the owners are rude, so as the staff are rude, never felt so unwelcomed, as for the meaty bbq beans I've had better at KFC, that taste much better you need to shape up or ship out I willett no be going again, not the 1st bad review but had to try for myself, I heard someone called a lady lou very very rude young women. This don't deserve the 1 star.

Great value and extremely tasty food, great selection. Waiting staff are very nice and welcoming
