Not sure if there are new owners but we receives a leaflet the other day and figured we'd give them a go for delivery... best food delivery we've had in a very long time! Lots of choice, food was fantastic and delivered on time. Will definitely be ordering from Charcoal Grill again in the future!

Gave it 3 stars 9 months ago... Back in the days this was a 5 star place. Day by day has got worse. Ordered Fish & Chips (with Salt & Vinegar). First thing - no salt and vinegar which we could live with. But then when I saw the state of a LARGE Cod it was embarrassing. Looked like a medium cod not a large one, could tell was cooked in old oil due to weird colour on the crust along with how oily it was! It wasn't crispy and was just oozing with oil. At first over the phone wouldn't even offer a refund, barely an apology. Had to go to the shop and wait to speak to the manager who kindly gave money back for my portion of the order. I've gone to this place for years but looks like I'll have to stop.

Giving 4 stars because every time I've ordered its been spot but tonight I only ordered 2 cheeseburgers and chips and it took nearly 2 hours to arrive, for then the delivery guy told me he went to the house down the road! Chips are cold but everything else okay, such a shame as this place is my favourite, happens again I will be going else where even after being a loyal costumer 👍

Ordered from there yesterday, they gave me the wrong food for one and it was burnt. When I called up they told me to eat my XL kebab and they will send me the correct one out as well...I would of preferred a refund as how was I meant to eat 2 XL kebabs, so it went to waist.The next day after I felt really 🤒

Worst experience using this app. I ordered 2x 12" pizzas. Upon arriving, both pizzas were charred and inedible. I would not feed this to my dog yet along my family.

I contacted the restaurant to try and rectify this, and I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The man over the phone quite aggressively asked if I'd ever eaten pizza before, so unless I want to go into hospital, they have to cook it properly — both responses are beyond my comprehension, especially for someone in a customer facing role.

At no time was there any understanding or courtesy towards what we received. They weren't offering a refund, or to helping rectify the issue and come and check/collect the pizza — they were just very dismissive. We were left out of pocket, as well as unable to eat both pizzas.Hopefully this review makes you rethink who answers your phones to customers

Popped in as was in area and fancied a kebab. Got the House Special Kebab, loads of tasty Donner meat and one skewer of the others.
Really impressed, definitely recommend if passing, it's tucked out the way in a housing estate and a gem of a find!

Food is okay but delivery is always either half an hour early if you try order it for a certain time or an hour later than they tell you… I called up to complain that this had happened 5/6 times and they proceeded to argue that I was too picky by wanting my food around a certain time!

Chicken burger dry as anything. And forgot doner meat. When i called to get the meat delivered and to say i couldnt actually chew through my chicken burger i got told they wouldnt replace it then hung up on me! Disgusting customer service!
