The Coconut Tree Cheltenham

Lovely little place, great service and great food. Very casual dining experience, but food was top! Portions initially seem small for the price, but the richness in flavours totally makes up for it. Can't recall there being a good variety of options for kids (writing this review many months after visiting at the end of Oct 21). The team went above and beyond with providing a fruit cake with candle for birthday celebration, was very kind of the effort they went too. Looking forward to coming back again!

Bustling restaurant with funky music and Sri Lanka tapas. The food was great, lots of dishes to share with plenty of flavour, a warning though... hot means hot! The lion beer went down well, I will definitely be back.

Amazing food and amazing service! We had the cheese Columbo (essentially paneer) which was tasty, Sri-tatos which was my favourite of the dishes, hopper which is the main dish we wanted to try and it was tasty and the MILO chocolate biscuit pud which was the sublime! Definitely recommend if you’d like to try Sril Landan food! Highly recommend!

We love eating here when we're in Cheltenham! Lots of lovely flavourful dishes to choose from. Great if you've got a mix of people with dietary requirements in your group. Always a fun meal out, love getting lots of different dishes to share and try together. The restaurant itself is very well presented, super cosy and colourful. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend :)

Brilliant food and drinks.
Great value if you get the 25£ pp deal. Group of 5 and we got two deals plus extra and drinks and all for under £100.
Excellent quality spicy food. Highly recommend the salmon and cheese dishes. Service was polite and friendly. Toilets were clean.

Great quality food. Lots of veggie options. Lovely waitress too. Tried so many new dishes I’ve never had before! Definitely recommend the cocktails which are something like 2 for £12 on a Sunday evening.

When I first booked this dinner reservation, I made sure to make sure that it was as pretty on the inside as it was on the outside, the graffiti/abstract art on the walls is as stunning as I thought!!!
