Nando's Enfield - Town

This is my favourite nandos around the Enfield area, always find a table, couple of rude staff but just ignore them, otherwise food always first class

The food is immaculate and the service is impeccable. Even though we had experienced an altercation with our order completely unrelated to the staff here; the manager Gabi was absolutely amazing in resolving the issue and providing us with excellent customer service. No complaints whatsoever.

The service was good, but the glasses, forks and knifes were very dirty and the tables as well, the drink tasted like water! Also the chicken was dry , and the food was falling apart. This was a bad experience, I will not come here again!

This place is now more amenable ever since the other Nando's opened further down the A10 meaning you no longer had to go off and do your shopping before coming back to fet a table.
Nando's is Nando's and having been going for over 20 years, I don't think anyone needs an introduction.
Decent offering. I do miss the Sangria but it's good to see a more expansive menu than when I first went to one in Earls Court some 20+ years ago.

The food was cooked to great quality and services was great.

Poor experience. Firstly said we couldn’t order at the tills but had a voucher card then they opened the till. When ordering kept getting the order wrong. All drinks on both machines were flat and no change was made or apology given. Ordered just after my friends on the same table but waited 40 minutes longer than them!! They’d finished 15mins prior to receiving our food. Food was then dry and barely warm. Then waited 25 minutes for a brownie my friend ended up going downstairs and he came back with it himself no service provided. 5 other customers waiting for a refund but had no time due to work. 2 1/4 hours there in total! Will not be returning

The guy on shift at 5-7pm on Saturday 7th January was so accommodating... friendly and helpful.. food was cooked to perfection... asked for well done chicken.

We all know what to expect from nandos. But this one's hit and miss.

It's problem is that it's inconsistent. Sometimes food comes cold, sometimes it doesn't come at all but sometimes they get it right. Just gotta try your luck and see.

If you're driving, the one in Enfield retail park is the better option.
