Since I live in London I have never had such an bad experience in Nando's as today. We were a group of 7 and wanted to have lunch in Camden Nando's. We reached the local at 14.00 and asked for a table. The waiter was going to accommodate us in a large table until the Manager Mahdi stopped him and told him that we should be outside in separate tables when they had an empty large table upstairs. We used to eat there before pandemic very often and we never felt as mistreated as today. Fortunately, Kentish town Nando's is near and we could move there and enjoy a nice lunch together.

food was okay, not very filling but good to cure a hangover. ordered for 3 online as i sat down, food came within 15 minutes which is good. claim to be carbon neutral and eco friendly but saw several instances of single use plastics throughout my experience here. toilets can only be accessed by climbing a set of stairs which is not accessible to disabled folk whatsoever.

Great food, great server. Pity that the hosts are not welcoming at all, not helpful, just the opposite! Also, the tables are sticky, toilets terribly dirty. Drinks inexcusably overpriced and then it's self service!

Exceptional taste by comparison to my visit to another branch.. acceptable service.. Everyone in the store was on their phone during my visit.. and whilst the store wasn't particularly busy only one girl attended to us. I was a bit offended by their apparent lack of interest based on their "screen time"

It's just OK. The chicken is made of real leather. Ordered by phone outside when cold. Not even that cheap. In fact forget it if you want a decent place to eat in.

Outdoor space is great for when the weather permits. No smoking at the tables but did have a cheeky vape. Located near stables market which has a million options for food but if you are looking for something familiar, simple and good quality without have to have kcals the equivalant of three meals, this is a good option. Decent prices for what they serve.

Quite small and felt fairly basic. Food arrived quickly and was standard nandos. Coffee machine wasn't working which was a shame

My chicken breast was too dry to finish, but the thighs were much better. Try the grains side, it was my favorite part of the meal. Naughty Nata was ok, but the crust wasn't crispy. Order online when you sit down.
