DO NOT USE THIS APP THEY WILL STEEL YOUR MONEY AND SAY THAT THEY CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I NEVER RECEIVED MY FOOD AND THE ANSWER I GOT FROM IT IS BELOW:

Got my food picked up by just Eat and waited an hour with no luck. After an hour and a bit they marked my order as delivered, which unfortunately it was not. Comes to it that my driver took my £30 pound meal and went home with it. I then spent 30 minutes trying to either get my food or a refund and in that time we was met with the most unhelpful, disinterested staff ever . Iv never had extremely bad customer service like that before. I highly recommend staying away from just Eat as drivers. (still waiting to see if we can have my money back)

Er god kunde hos Just Eat, men har ved flere anledninger blitt skuffet. Dette har Just eat normalt rettet opp i, men dette var ikke tilfellet ved seneste bestilling. Da bestod «feiloppretting» i å si at de skulle snakke med restauranten og deretter ringe opp, hvilket ikke skjedde. Just Don't!!!! Food never arrived. Huge waste of my time and a real battle to get a refund. :-(

Just eat customer service is terrible. I placed an order and as it was extremely late I was promised they would take off 50% off the order as they would not agree to a full refund when I asked to cancel. They lied and charged me full price. The order was almost 2 hours late and we bought another takeaway which came beforehand. Just eat are a terrible company which cannot meet the demand. There service has gone downhill since lockdown. This is the second time the company has let us down in this way.

You also can only speak to computer robots which say the same platitudes, but do nothing. The maximum they will give is a £5.00 voucher.
