Fabulous hotel! The couple that own it are really lovey and can’t do enough to help you. We had to check-in early as we we’re due back in the early hours of the morning and they took our bags, put them in the room and arranged for us to collect the keys without charging anything extra. When we came back, one of the owners was awake to welcome guests back from Pride and handing out keys still even though it was the middle of the night. We’d definitely stay here again. The rooms are large, clean and nicely decorated. Everything looks very new inside. 10/10!

My Daughter in law had to find a venue at short notice for my Son's 40th birthday this weekend. 'Red carpet ' hospitality was certainly on hand! Family and friends stayed over.spotlessly clean,very comfy beds. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and will recommend. Food good but more soft butter and hot toast please at breakfast !

Comfortable little local pub just off the seafront. Friendly staff and plenty of space with a surprisingly large if slightly mishmash beer garden out the back. Dog friendly to a fault 🐕 Large public carpark across the road for parking

Hi, sorry I meant to leave feedback earlier but got sidetracked. Overall our experince was good thanks. We were in the bar quite early so it wasn't the best time to judge 'atmosphere'. Normally we'd eat later when, I feel sure, the resaurant would be busier and have a buzz to it... Service was good - attentive, friendly and helpful. Sadly, the schnitzel I had was a bit on the overcooked side - by no means inedible just a bit on the chewy side. Take heart, if I could've given you a three and a half, I would have. Please don't take this as harsh criticism but honest feedback.

Best pub in Lancing, great atmosphere. Super friendly staff nothing too much trouble. Delicious food, all round an excellent place to visit. 10/10 would definitely recommend 👌

Very generous portions of great food. If you're queuing at the Perch you should walk up here, 2 mins and you'll be sorted
